You will go back in time with this tour. You will go on a historical adventure around the island and explore the oldest slave community to the Forts that where built in the 1800’s to protect the island from Pirates ending with a Bahamian lunch.

There’s something for everyone on this Time Traveler tour: Sightseeing of the most recommended historical sites in Nassau, forts and museums and a guided ride ending with a Bahamian lunch at one of Nassau’s locally owned restaurants.

Enjoy a narrated sightseeing tour of Nassau. Before starting you’ll receive a safety briefing from professional guides of the vehicle and a refreshing bottle of water. With your guide in the lead, pass and stop at sites such as;

Fort Charlotte
Arawak Cay

John Watlings
The Caves
Historical buildings & Museums on Bay Street

The tour will end with a Bahamian Lunch at Bahama Grill after which you will return to the start point and then be shuttled back to the hotel or cruise port.

Drivers of Atvs must be 21 years and older
Drivers license required for all drivers
Each participant will be required to sign a tour waiver
All drivers will be required to sign a rental contract agreeing to the insurance deductible for any damages to the vehicle

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before event

Pick-Up Note

Pick-up is 30-45 minute(s) before rental or tour time start from in the front of your hotel lobby or the cruise port. Look out for the company vehicle with the logo on it “Bowcar”

There will only be a 5-minute wait after the time for late comers. If you miss your pickup, please call 557-2223 or email reservations@bowcarbahamas to reschedule for the next available tour or rental.

Outstanding Booking was simple and quick.
ATV's were clean, performed well, and were very easy to learn.
The Bahamian lunch was quite good, and the amount was not skimpy.
The real stars were the 2 guides... Rus and Deangelo. Deangelo led the tour, spoke clearly and eloquently and was easy to hear with the Bluetooth headphones provided. He kept his speed manageable in heavier traffic and allowed us to open up the throttle when traffic was light. We hit all the spots promised, and had ample time to enjoy them all and take pictures. Both Rus and Deangelo took pictures for us with our own cameras.
Rus rode a motorcycle and would block traffic for us so the group could stay safe and together. Cudos to the natives of the island, as they were very accommodating and waited patiently for the tour group to pass.
Without a doubt I would highly recommend touring with Bowcar. There were no additional "fees" and I would absolutely use them again if I return to the Bahamas.

BEST ATV RIDING IN THE BAHAMAS!! The best ATV riding tour in the Bahamas!!! I booked with bowcar rentals for my birthday cruise trip and couldn’t be more happy that I choose them for my excursion. The whole staff was helpful and friendly and made us feel like we were at home. They also ensure everyone safety especially us new drivers. My friends and I enjoyed the whole trip and restaurant and will definitely book again when I visit. If you’re looking for something to do in the Bahamas, I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed!!!

This is a MUST DO!!!! It's a great way to see more of the island without being cramped in a bus. I highly recommend doing the ATV Tour. Our guide Rusty was THE BEST!!! I felt so very safe with Rusty. I just followed him and I didn't have to think about where I was going. I just got to enjoy riding in the open air and seeing the various sights. Rusty is so knowledgeable and the fact that we all wore headphones made it that much easier and relaxing. Rusty really paid attention to our safety. He was amazing and the entire tour was amazing 👏🏽
